Bridgewater Bank’s strong broker focus pays off in national industry survey
Bridgewater Bank is celebrating a top three finish in the 2012 Brokers on Lenders Survey. The annual nationwide survey was conducted by Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine. It asked brokers to rate mortgage lenders from “very good” to “very poor” on such topics as the level of underwriting support, product range and the overall level of satisfaction with lenders. Brokers also described their experiences with lenders in a number of open-ended questions.
Brokers rewarded Bridgewater Bank with a silver medal and six bronze medals, mostly for its strong service levels and support.
“We’re humbled by the honour and we thank brokers for the strong showing,” says Todd Poberznick, assistant vice-president, B2B Solutions. “These results show we are listening to brokers and using their feedback to make improvements.
